Pamela Carter has a passion for drawing and painting from an early age. Holding a fine arts degree, and participating in workshops over the years with internationally recognized master painters has led Canadian artist Pamela Carter to develop her own unique body of work in oils and pastels.

Her prize winning paintings, exhibited and collected across Canada and in Europe, have been shown at both the National Arts Club and the Salmagundi Club in New York. She has been invited to show her work and demonstrate her techniques at international conventions in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Rouen, France.
